7. TERMS OF SALE

These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed through the Fitcut website, operated by HS AGENCY FZ-LLC.

Orders By placing an order on our website, you make an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms of Sale. A contract is formed only once we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Prices All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Shipping costs, where applicable, are indicated separately before you complete your purchase.

Payment Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment providers. Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.

Delivery Products are delivered within an estimated 6 to 10 business days after dispatch, in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

Right of withdrawal and returns Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, which includes a 30-day return guarantee and, for EU customers, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Liability Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Governing law These Terms of Sale are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rights you may benefit from in your country of residence.
