1. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Fitcut, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return guarantee from the date your order is delivered.

Return conditions To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all tags and original packaging intact. Items that show signs of use or are returned incomplete may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

How to start a return Email us at contactfitcut@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will reply with the return address and full instructions. Please do not send any item back before receiving confirmation from us.

Refunds Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days and automatically credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional business days for the funds to appear on your account.

EU right of withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This legal right applies in addition to our 30-day return guarantee. As stated above, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at contactfitcut@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos. In these cases, we will cover all return costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
